30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, no questions asked. This is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or province.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at [email protected] from the address you used to buy. We process refunds within 5 business days.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank, and is usually a few days after the refund is approved.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't open, arrives damaged or isn't what you bought, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. We reply within 2 business days.
